"Hotel is situated close to terminal 3 and connected to shopping center. Personal was nice and we got a prolonged access to hotel as flight was late in the evening. the only problem was that electricity did not turn down in the evening and we had to wait for somebody to fix it. Otherwise no complains."

"Its an old hotel specially when it comes to the rooms that cut use an upgrade. Other than that the breakfast is great, staff is fantastic and the pool is a nice getaway in the middle of the city "

"The hotel has potential but a few major downsides. With only three elevators serving 32 floors, getting up or down was often a nightmare—long waits, cramped rides, and crowds made worse by the rooftop restaurant that also draws non-guests. My room had a very hard bed and almost no natural light due to a tiny window with no view. Check-in was chaotic; even arriving at 3 a.m., I had to wait for a clean room. The location is convenient for food, shops, and transport, but it’s in a very crowded area with a red-light-district feel and lots of street activity, which might not suit everyone. Also, stairs at the entrance make access tough for anyone with mobility issues. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and breakfast was decent."

"Dejligt hotel, værdi for pengene, super flinkt personale, masser af varmt vand (meget værdsat efter ophold på Palawan), gode senge, safetybox og køleskab på værelset. God morgenmad - buffet med omelet og pandekage station. Pølen er lille, men ok. Rigtig gode cocktails på rooftop bar, happy hour kl.15-18, BOGO. Kun 2 elevatorer, lidt ventetid, tag trappen hvis du er utålmodig. Kommer gerne igen. "

"Slidt, lugtende og meget larm. Jeg havde booket værelse med stor seng og fik med to enkeltsenge hvilket vil sige at de jo har givet det værelse jeg havde booket til en anden. Det vil der blive klaget over. Jeg droppede morgenmaden for der var så meget chaos og larm at det var slet ikke det værd. Tror ikke på deres morgenmad er speciel på nogen positiv måde."
