"My husband and I stayed at Hop Inn overnight and the desk clerk who checked us in was very efficient, informed us that there no toothbrushes and soap that comes with the room (which is not a big deal for us, since we always bring our own anyway) Check-in is at 2:00pm but our room was ready before that . Wifi and cable TV, staff are very courteus and our was very clean."

"It's the people that make this place a good place to stay in the city. The staff are really nice and professional and helpful. Everything is clean but I had to leave one star out since I noticed the shower stalls don't really get scrubbed especially at the bottom part which will have some mold and mildew. I will stay here again if I need a no-frills but a safe, clean and comfortable place to stay in Ortigas."

"The staff were amazing. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We had a great time swimming. The game room was okay. They need to replace the air hockey & Foosball tables. But they had ps5 and xbox available. The hotel offers free transport to the Ayala mall Solenad. We appreciate it. Thank you so much."

"Amazing location, in the middle of BGC. I love this hotel, the staff were so nice and were friendly and welcoming. The nice check in lady upgraded us to the 40th floor for a cheaper price. The buffet on our floor was the best buffet me, my son, my wife and her Filipino family had ever tried. The kids fun center was also nice and so was the pool. Everything about this hotel was great."
