Each villa has a terrace with sea views to enjoy a beautiful relaxing sunset and also has a private pool.They are located 100m from a supermarket and restaurants, 400m from Cala Tirant beach and 30km from Mahón airport. They are situated in an ideal area for families and very close to the sea.Each villa has a private pool and terrace, outdoor furniture, a built-in barbecue, an iron, a security safe box, internet access (Wi-Fi), a hair dryer, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English) and a DVD player.The kitchen has a ceramic hob and is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle.House Rules:Parties and events of any kind are not allowed.Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory security deposit for groups of young people under 26 years old.
