Localizacao excelente. cafe da manha muito bom. Bem proximo a duas praias, onibus para ciutadella na porta, proximo de varios restaurantes e bares.

La Quinta was a pleasure to stay at, very quiet and everyone was very friendly and could not do enough for you. My husband was a bit disappointed that there was no fresh grapefruit at breakfast but still plenty to eat, the omelette was great and even better when I asked for a mushroom one and got it.Thank You. I had read that gentlemen should wear trousers for the evening meal in the restaurant, this was not adhered to by a man who came in shorts and a T-shirt every night that we were there and was not challenged. I felt that this did not set the standards that La Quinta had established. Thank You for a fabulous stay 22/9/21 to 29/9/21

The staff were friendly and respectful. The pool was an ideal size and very relaxing. The restaurant food was excellent. The location was a 5 minute walk from other restaurants and bars

Friendly staff. Good location. Excellent spa treatments. Nice breakfast buffet. Swimming with googles I could see a lot of bird droppings in the outdoor pool. Air-conditioning in the gym not working properly. Bath in bathroom damaged. Not really 5-star quality in our view.

Amazing service. Nothing is much trouble. We were celebrating an anniversary and flowers and sparkling wine were delivered to our room. A wonderful hotel. Clean bed linen every day. Lovely friendly staff! A great holiday.

Great relaxing hotel
Very clean, all hotel staffs were professional and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. Room was really nice, chose a suite which was worth the extra. Overall a really relaxing weeks break, would recommend hotel and will definitely consider returning if back in Menorca

Lovely hotel with excellent service
Lovely hotel if you want a quiet adult only stay. Food good in the hotel and nice restaurants at the marina nearby. Service excellent, our sixth stay but there are lots of repeat customers. Area fairly quiet, depends if that’s what you want or not. Lots of the staff have been there a long time which reflects the efficiency and competence of Gustavo, the manager

Room Service pésimo en cuanto a puntualidad, contenido de servicio Errores constantes, sin pretender solucionarlos. Carritos de Room Service rotos y sucios. Incumplimiento del horario de cenas en la cafetería del hotel. Ninguna reacción por parte de Recepción/Consejería del Hotel. Personas destacables por su buen servicio: Paco: responsable de Cafetería/Lounge, Paco: Botones. En recepción sólo se salva la Srta. Eva. El resto Muy incompetente. Demasiado personal sin experiencia alguna y sin conocimiento de Español. Es mi cuarta estancia en este hotel en los últimos 4 veranos. Este año, decepción total.

Apreciado Señor En primer lugar le agradezco por su tiempo y por hacerme llegar sus impresiones sobre su reciente estancia en el hotel. Lamento muchísimo todos los inconvenientes que ha tenido durante la misma. De verdad que me sabe muy mal. Sé que el último día, el taxi que había sido reservado con 48 horas de antelación llegó 35 minutos más tarde. Una circunstancia completamente ajena a nuestra voluntad, que le dimos solución, haciendo el transfer con la furgoneta del hotel. Con respecto al cambio de habitación, sólo querría explicarle que el día de su llegada teníamos sólamente 2 habitaciones libres y 25 entradas. De ahí que tuviésemos que requerir tiempo para poder asignarle la habitación y hacer efectivo el cambio, para cuadrar el resto de habitaciones según reservas y peticiones. La mayoría de nuestros clientes destacan siempre la amabilidad y la actitud de todo el personal. Cada año, tenemos algunos estudiantes de restauración que vienen a España y eligen nuestro hotel para realizar su stage. Algunos tienen un nivel básico de español y otros los hablan un poco mejor. Pero a todos se le da formación y se intenta que se adapten de la mejor forma posible. Siento muchísimo los fallos cometidos con el servicio de habitaciones y con sus desayunos. Nice hotel, needs a few tweaks to be better
Hotel is fine, nicely located and quiet, it’s clean, pool is great and the staff are friendly. My issues were as follows; 1. The gym is awful, not good enough. 2. The reception staff spend too much time serving drinks and not enough time checking people in and out etc, hotel needs a concierge to do more 3. Too much icing sugar on pastries at breakfast, always! Why? 4. Coffee wasn’t good. 5. Everything else was fine. Thanks J

Staff friendly and helpful. Quiet hotel, lovely to see that mobile phones are not used to make/receive calls in public areas (especially around the pool) Plenty of sun beds which were not reserved by placing of towels at dawn!! Breakfast was great - hot option served to your table and buffet for everything else - even Buck’s Fizz! Very relaxing holiday. Thank you.

Fantastic pool and friendly staff. Ordinary food.
I spent 3 nights at the hotel with my husband and another couple in July 2018. The check in staff were lovely. They offered us sparkling wine on arrival plus a voucher for 2 free glasses and there was even a free bottle of fizz in our room. The huge pool has an atmosphere of calm maybe even silence as no under 16s are allowed at the hotel. It was very clean and gorgeous. We had a lovely air conditioned ground floor room with patio doors from which you could walk straight over to the pool. It was very clean. The beds were two singles pushed together rather than a double which was slightly disappointing but the room was great. We were on half board and so had breakfast and an evening meal every day. The breakfast was plentiful with hundreds of options. The menu changed every day for the evening meal. The standard of the food was slightly ordinary. You should not chose this hotel as a foodie experience but if you want a total relax it is great.

Hotel nada tranquilo
Buscabamos un hotel tranquilo para pasar el fin de semana en Menorca y leimos los comentarios de este hotel, donde se decía que era un hotel tranquilo, solo para adultos. Pues bien, solo para adultos si, pero tranquilo en absoluto. El hotel realiza ofertas algun fin se semana y el hotel se convierte en un hotel vacacional de todo incluido. La responsable del spa se avergonzó y disculpó cuando nos enseñó el spa lleno de gente pegando chillidos, los niños en el chiquipark hacen menos alboroto. Pero lo peor fue la cantante de hotel vacacional a las 23h de la noche. No se oía ni la tele estando con el volumen al máximo. Después de varias quejas, la música cesó y continuó el ruido de la gente haciendo tertulia en el bar. Al final, 23.30h en pijama haciendo cambio de habitación. Increíble que un hotel de 5* solo adultos fomente y tolere estas situaciones.

Great place to stay
We spent 4 nights here in early October. The hotel was very well presented, clean and attractive it is well located in the town. Catering for adults only, it was wonderfully relaxing. The staff are very attentive and we always felt very welcome. The public spaces and rooms are airy and supremely comfortable, all have balconies overlooking the fantastic pool area. We made great use of the indoor spa area too. We really enjoyed the breakfast, and regretted only having dinner in the restaurant on the last night. The food was delicious, especially the dessert choices.

Very relaxing experience, quiet and adults only. Enjoyed sitting around the pool area soaking up the sun and dipping in the water. Staff all friendly, efficient and helpful. We were half board and this exceeded our expectations, with several options for each course at breakfast and dinner.

A few things not perfect enough for 5star rating in my view,a few things in room not picked up on until we pointed it outi.e no soap,shower gel !the trouser wearing for gents in restaurant in evenings stupid in those temps (we couldn't use because of this silly rule.) a lot of music in evenings slow &depressing, all the young breakfast staff very good &polite but one older chap with black hair was very rude & abrupt one morning,I think he was in charge & if he wasn't he thought he was!! Mostly ok hotel but we won't be rushing back because we didn't like the area at all,we were under the impression menorca was quiet & calm for the mature traveller we'll from what we saw down the marina it was like BUTLINS in uk!!!!! Disappointing holiday!!

A beautiful hotel.
A beautiful hotel in lovely setting. Staff very helpful, very pleasant, lots of recommendations from them. Shuttle bus to Cuitadella, great and free.But it's only 8 seats and is booked quickly. The local bus is near hotel and only a few euros, so another plus. The local beach is lovely with clear blue sea. The Marina is a 5 minute walk away and lots of restaurants and bars to cater for all price ranges. Cala Bosch is a lovely place to stay and highly recommended. Cuitadella is a must in the evening for food on the harbour, as well as during the daytime with lots of shops, but beautiful streets to stroll.
