"Our group of four - two couples - had a great week at this condo! The location on Stock Island is nice because you’re close to Old Town KW but not in the thick of things, so you can sit on the patio or chill in the pool to unwind. Our rooms were spacious and clean although I gave four stars simply because the cleaning folks need to give the floor a good mopping. We are clean people but walking around the condo gave us black feet. Not a huge deal! Kitchen, baths, everything else was very clean....

"The HVAC system in one of the bedrooms was not working. That bedroom became freezing cold while the other stayed at an elevated temperature of 78F. My husband became ill due to the extremely low temperature.The toaster did not work. The water pressure in one of the bathrooms was very low.The directions to the property were unclear. Had we arrived after dark, we would not have been able to locate the room.The Wi-Fi was non-functional, causing me to miss an important work meeting.Overall, this...

"The freezer and refrigerator weren’t cooling upon arrival. They sent maintenance out immediately. Overall a nice stay, we chose to fly in this time and to rent a golf cart for transportation. It was super convenient to have concierge service within the resort. Very relaxing stay with all the amenities you could ask for! "
