Linen and towels are supplied for your stay and includes bedding, sheets, quilts and towels. Please BYO beach towels.

A portacot and high chair to hire at the house for use if needed during your stay.
Pets:
The backyard is fully fenced and we welcome pets at our property.
Please note that your dog is welcome to stay on the outdoor deck area which is fully enclosed and we kindly ask that dogs do not go into bedrooms.
If your dog is non shedding it can come inside the house.
Please advise this during your booking.
You must clean up any hair or dog poo to avoid extra cleaning charges and they are not allowed on the furniture.
Groups:
This property is suitable for families, couples and small groups.
We do not accept schoolies bookings at this property - Please ask us for other properties we manage that do accept schoolies
Guest numbers:
The price of the booking will increase pending the size of your group
Price is set for 4 people and increased by $40 per person per night to make a group of up to 6.

Standard check-in: 3pm
Standard check-out: 10am
Accommodation check-in and check-out time during the week is negotiable, dependent on the booking dates of other guests
Weekend stays must include both Friday and Saturday nights, we recommend you stay for an additional night on the weekend to get the most out of your stay.

The house is located on a quiet street in close proximity to shops and beach.
The neighbouring houses are a combination of holiday and private homes.
Rosebud and the surrounding Mornington Peninsula have a-lot to offer including beautiful bay and ocean beaches, wineries, amazing restaurants, hot springs, family activities and local markets.
There is something for everyone to so all year around and is the perfect short or long stay holiday destination.
