Impeccably refurbished to precise standards, this contemporary townhouse stands as a captivating haven of elegance and refinement in the heart of Port Melbourne.

Situated serenely on the lower level, the two bedrooms boast ample clothing storage and are accompanied by two impeccably tiled high-quality bathrooms, including a stylish ensuite for the primary bedroom.

The middle floor is dedicated to a spacious, light-filled living/dining area anchored by a striking kitchen featuring top-tier appliances and a round dining table. The kitchen also offers ample storage, a dedicated appliance cupboard, marble and wooden countertops.

A sleek open-tread staircase leads to the newly designed top floor, revealing an incredibly versatile sitting/media room or optional third bedroom, a bathroom and the pièce de résistance is the entertainment terrace overlooking the bay, providing some of the best views in the complex.
