"The hotel is nice and quiet and the employees were friendly and welcoming. However, the hotel is located a little far from the city center. There’s not much to do in the area (except from visiting the floating market), and we were therefore very disappointed to find out that the pool area (including the pool lounge bar) was closed due to private company events on two of the three days/nights we stayed at the hotel. If we’d known in advance, we would probably have picked another hotel."

"swim up room was lovely and nicely clean. breakfast was above average and large selection. unfortunately, the sunbeds were well past their use-by date and you could feel the iron frame in the back. the mattresses were comfortable but not at all enough for the number of guests. worst of all was that the hotel did not live up to its own rules and let guests reserve sunbeds and mattresses with towels, hats and other things. there were sunbed battles from 6am and then people showed up sometime after 10am. many reserved far more sunbeds than they needed just to be safe, which resulted in quite a few guests turning up without being able to get a place to lie down . since that is the purpose of the holiday, I can therefore only give 2 stars - if there were plenty of quality sunbeds I would have given 4-5 stars."
