"Friendly staff, very nice room, beautiful place."

"I rented the handicapped suite as I was recovering from a serious auto accident and needed a place to stay to accommodate my wheelchair bound condition. 1. The suite rented to me for a month was not the picture provided my the hotel website. It was old, circa late 1990s-early 2000s. 2. Bathroom was not ADA compliant. Showerhead was 6 feet off the ground and floor was very slippery. 3. Cleanliness: A friend was staying with me and we intended for him to use fold out couch. Absolutely filthy and...

"Check in went smooth, and the rooms were already done upon arrival since we came from Hayward, so wasnt to sure if the rooms were ready for us. Nice breakfast here as well, cofffee, tea, and water station all day long at the lobby which is good service for the guest ! To bad they charge for the parking here $11 pr. Day shld be complimentary however, but thats my opinion where many hotels nearby offers free parking. "

"I needed a place to stay as i had an early morning medical appointment and I live about 99 miles away. It served it's purpose. However, it appeared that the room was not thoroughly cleaned. There was stray hair in the shower and when I pulled back the sheets, there was also strands of hair. I went and purchased a big bath towel to sleep on. When I came back from dinner, there were guest outside enjoy their alcoholic beverages in the parking lot. I would not recommend this property to solo female...

"Everything was fine except the bistro. The hamburger my husband ordered was over salted over cooked and took 30 minutes. My sandwich sat ready the home time we waited. We we’re told 15 minutes and it was more like 30."
