"First time staying in a Hostel, and 100% sure that this will be hard to top at another one. I was met by Juliet whose voice I recognized over the phone when i called to ask probably too many questions, in which she answered confidentially and ultimately gave my brain the green light to stay in a hostel. I work for a major airline and I have never stayed at the nicest hotels and have felt this comfortable. I will definitely come back and will be recommending all my co workers and friends going...

"Staff was friendly and accommodating, was running later for check out and received a late check out without question at no extra charge! Love the fact they had a 24/7 gym and hot tub! Also, it’s cheaper to add breakfast option when you book room! "

"Everything about my stay was wonderful. Great location, nice room, free parking. It's an older building with little to prevent sound from travelling so understand you may have limited audio privacy if that is important to you. Bed was comfy and that's what I cared most about so I'd definitely stay here again."

"Service, cleanliness, space, room, our view from the room, safe area - all was great. Safe area for families. We came on a busy weekend (friday-sunday) with a large concert taking place at the city stadium. We still just payed an average price for this top end hotel with an excellent location. We paid for parkingservice at booking and it was worth it. Thre staffmembers are situated outside the hotel around the clock to help with car and luggage."
