Flotte rammer, skidt indretning, arrogant service
Meget fint hotel, der var god styr på tingene. Det var dog en smule ubehageligt at sove, da de brugte et gammel aircondition system, hvilket gjorde luften alt for tør. Yderligt, var det meget besynderligt med hjul under ens seng, som gjorde man rulle rundt ved den mindste bevægelse. Yderst interessant oplevelse men ikke særligt godt til søvnen. Til sidst må jeg knytte en kommentar til receptionisten, som var nærmest hånlig da hun modtog os. Godt nok rejste vi rundt som backpacker, men hendes behandling af os som om vi var mindre værd af den grund, er ikke iorden. Heldigvis behandlende resten af personalet os professionelt.

Noget af personalet var serviceminded langt ud over hvad man forventer, mens andre absolut ikke var det. Alt i alt et pænt og lækkert hotel, lækre faciliteter, men service nogle steder kunne være bedre

Beautiful hotel and good food options. The big negative was that I reserved this hotel due to the pool but wasn’t allowed to use the pool as the pool area was reserved for a Mother’s Day celebration. I would have gone elsewhere. I also had to pay $40 to upgrade my room as I arrived 2 hours before check-in and only upgraded rooms were available. I received no Expedia VIP benefits. All of that kinda ticked me off and ruined the stay. Otherwise a good hotel.

the hotel is great. AC did not work in any of the two rooms i was moves to. Very very hot. Although the property is amazing and staff great I would not stay there again given the AC did not worked.

Despite late arrival check-in, room given had a broken shower water handle amd only provided cold water. Also, toilet had long hairs on it probably left from cleaning staff, and some furmiture pieces out of place. I usually stay here often, super friendly staff, great breakfast service, and so close to airport with hotel provided transportation.

The staff were very nice. We didn't know how to work the tv no instructions on it. So we couldn't watch tv. The wifi i had to keep asking for the password as its not given to you at check in. I went o the receptionist twice as my card stop working for my room.

My room was large and well laid out. Food at the restaurant was great. Had a nice spa on site very was a great visit.

The hotel is nice, the staff are kind and whatever you need they do it right away, at the beginning it was kind complicate, because the hotel was totally full and they don’t have any crib available, was very frustrated, but in the end, they solved the problem to bring another crib from another hotel movich, and everyone was happy, and so thankful for all staff did for us and our baby.

La comida rica pero en el bar un poco demorada. Las habitaciones cómodas pero con un olor raro. Si no se tiene que ir a Medellín es el hotel ideal por ubicación y cercanía al aeropuerto. El precio me pareció caro para lo que brinda.

The room condition was shabby. There was a sting musty/mold odor in the room. The hardware on the bathroom door was loose, and the furniture (table tops) appeared damaged. The bed was comfortable enough. No instructions on how to work the tv were available and it wasn’t intuitive. The best thing about it was the staff. They were extremely kind and helpful.

Ac wasn’t working correctly. I asked for a sorry and got one with a handicap shower . Looked horrible. The room only had 2 towels. And 3 hangers. Tried calling the spa to reserve a Massage several times. No body answered. Asked for a bucket of ice, got 2 glasses with ice. Ordered beers and some sparkling water, they came room temperature.

Not the cheapest option, but you'll have good stay
Quick overnight stay after a very late arrival into MDE airport. Had connected with the shuttle driver before the flight via WhatsApp and found him/them to be very responsive, so had no problem connecting with the shuttle at the airport to get to the hotel. Room was nice and nicely appointed. Breakfast could have been a little more diverse but was tasty and filling. The hotel grounds are nicely kept up. Seeing the peacocks strutting around was fun! Would stay here again or recommend to friends.

It’s still my favorite hotel in Medellin/Rionegro
This is a very beautiful resort-like hotel. It’s probably the best hotel in Medellin. It has been getting increasing more expensive over the years. The hotel rates and the restaurants are getting more expensive every visit which I don’t like. The old section of the hotel is starting to show wear. Drawers not closing, worn furniture, etc. Bit it’s still the best hotel in town. I would like it if they would include a room service menu and phone directory in the rooms. There are some newer hotels close by. But the Movich is by far the #1 hotel in the Rionegro - Medellin area. I’ve stayed in all of the high-end hotels in Rionegro and Medellin. It’s pretty hard to beat the Movich. But I feel it’s a $75 a night hotel for their basic room. Any more than that is price gouging and that can be said for those airport hotels charging $130 or $160 a night. It’s Colombia, not Miami’s South Beach.
