Pettigru Place Bed and Breakfast is absolutely amazing—beautifully decorated, warm, and welcoming. It’s even better than the pictures and conveniently located close to downtown Greenville, SC. The atmosphere is peaceful and inviting, making it a perfect getaway.
My only small recommendation would be to tone down the sugar at breakfast. While the pancakes were delicious, the cinnamon topping was a bit too sweet for my taste—maybe offer it on the side?

"The property was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent and the dining area was well staffed and clean. The only thing we did not love about the hotel was the noise from the hall, you could clearly hear all the conversations and movement in the hallway. "

"Seems This hotel caters to workers. It is a little rough looking on the outside but the room was very large and includes a kitchen. No dishes or silverware. It was basic and smelled a bit like smoke however the price was good. Everything worked. The woman at the front desk was nice. I would go back again. I felt like I got a fair deal for the money. "

"Asheville is very "Dog Friendly" and so was this Hotel/Suite. The rooms were clean and the balcony we had, looked over a portion of "The Reedy" River. Shops and Restaurants were walkable and we were literally a block away from the walking trails around the River. Wish we would have brought our bikes....next time! "
