"Overordnet et meget dejligt hotel med god og opmærksom betjening. Den anførte tagterrasse er fin, men bare et par stole ville være godt. Det ses at hotellet er af lidt ældre dato, men alt fungerer. For dem som ikke sætter pris på den store japanskemorgenbuffet med mange spændende retter, er der lidt hvidt brød, yoghurt og cornflakes."

"Our stay here was surprisingly enjoyable. Despite the rave reviews online, our first impression of the hotel was not stellar. It looked quite dated, the room was a bit dark and tiny, the mattress a bit stained etc. However, once we got settled in, discovered the facilities, including the rooftop outdoor onsen, free ramen, ice cream etc. we actually thought it was a very cozy and well-located place to stay for our stay in Matsumoto.
