"Beautiful Stay A Beautiful view with our balcony. The staff are wonderful and I highly recommend this hotel. Delicious food and the chef is very attentive to your needs as we don’t eat very spicy. Buffet breakfast had everything you could want. A must visit.

Something that people should know that it’s a bit far from th city centre so there is not much to do here and that’s not a bad thing as we had a driver and then spent a day just relaxing hang by the pool and enjoy the most beautiful view. Food is excellent in the morning and at night. Also if you come in February it is very very chilly at night so please bring warm clothing"

There are plenty of things to see and do in the area, and the resort itself has many options to pass the time. But the best part was the team here. Very professional and helpful! This was by far the best hotel I stayed at while in India as they made every detail count. For a really special stay, I highly recommend the pool villa! Fantastic...

Staff were super nice and the blue ‘pidgeon wings’ tea is sooo nice I had to have more. This was the welcome drink!

"Brilliant place. Brilliant staff. Brilliant food. It’s a luxury property. A bit tough to get to but once you get there.. you’ll never have enough of the view. The best thing you can do is wake up early for the sunrise. Do not miss it at any cost."

"Lovely, service-oriented 5 star up high in the mountains. Excellent stay if you want to relax and enjoy nature. Also close to tea estates, so lots to explore. Only downside is it can get quite foggy that high, so the beautiful views can be obscured for large parts of the day."

However, guests are inconvenienced due to 1) no desk in room. I was told by reception that desks are available in superior rooms and not in basic rooms. Dont know if its possible but the addition of an Infinity Pool would make the Kite Hotel even more amazing!
