"The staff is very rude and unfriendly. The rooms are very different as to what is shown in the poctures. Restaurant kitchen is not clean. Team memebers from Happy Hub were good."

"Great property, huge rooms with a separate sitting area. Balcony with great valley views. Food and beverage service is dirty and unhygienic. Sugar is dirty, lying open under the service desk at the canteen. No glass ware in the rooms for water etc. were provided paper cups, how un-ecofriendly. Even if you want to have any drink it’s the paper cups. They are going through 100’s of paper cups each day/ how easy to provide glassware in rooms. The room had dust and cobwebs. "We booked this hotel for 1 night stay over New year’s eve. Found there was a disconnect between Expedia booking and the hotel reservations. Expedia booking was confirmed but when I called hotel to make a room request they did not recieve any email or confirmation from Expedia. It is misleading. Expedia...

"The property is really good. The view was really mesmerizing with a background of long trees and the foggy tea estate after rainfall. Breakfast was Very Good. Staff is also very much responsive."

"Great Experience"

"Nice hotel except for their confusing lift system. There are 4 different lifts in the hotel for different levels and that’s really confusing. Other than that it’s a nice well kept property with excellent staff. Pleasant stay overall."

"Har udelukkende gode ting at sige om Olive Brook. Stedet er utroligt charmerende, og beliggende det smukkeste sted, med en have fyldt af blomster og fuglesang. Service og mad i top, og personalet er meget venlige, hjælpsomme og skønne udover det sædvanlige. Et personligt, renligt, afslappet og roligt sted, som ligger helt fantastisk. "

"We had an amazing stay at The Valle by Kondody in Munnar. From the very beginning, we were met with a warm and lovely welcome, and throughout our stay the staff were super helpful and kind. A special thanks to Divya, who greeted us and was our main contact – she made our stay extra memorable. Our room was spacious, with a big balcony and a stunning view over the surrounding hills. The hotel’s location was perfect, both as a base for day trips and as a peaceful place to return, relax, and enjoy...
