Fint hotel du får det, som du betaler for. Hotel personalet mangler opmærksomhed, vi måtte pænt vente i en rum tid for at tjekke ud. Receptionisten havde set at vi stod og ventede men han havde travlt med at fylde kopper op.

We - a family of four with children agend 9 and 12 - had the most wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is new and therefore abviously not in the city center. However, the scenery was perfect and we had a perfect view of the Matterhorn from the room. Waking up and the first thing you see is the Matterhorn - not bad! The staff was friendly in a very authentic and caring way. We have rarely felt more 'at home' in a hotel than here and the size of the hotel supports the cosy and friendly atmosphere where the we could all - kids included - feel comfortable being in and around the hotel. We didn't use the spa - but the outdoor lounge area was well frequented due to the nice weather. Great restaurant with fab food. (Zermatt has an abundance of those places but this is a stand out eating experience as well). Really good breakfast buffet. The room was really nice - laregly because the interior design mirrored our own taste. We found it to be very tasteful and we enjoyed being in the spacious rooms. Great value for money. All in all a great place that we cant wait to get back to. One of our best hotel experiences - ever.
