"My overall experience was good, the place was clean and it was easy to communicate with the host. Even though the place is small, it had everything l needed. My only complaint was the loud neighbors and barking dog past midnight. I also noticed small cockroaches and other small bugs in the living room area/kitchen."

The drain in the bathtub was clogged, but while we were out, they came and fixed it right away. Great communication!! in DC Some of the paint could be repainted, but overall, it was a wonderful stay."

"The property is in an excellent location. Easy walk to the historic area full of restaurants, cafes, shops, and more. Easy 20ish minute drive to Wrightsville Beach. "This is a perfect place to stay if you want to explore historic downtown Wilmington! We stayed here for two weeks and walked everywhere; bars, restaurants, galleries, breweries, the riverwalk, etc. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was: even though there are restaurants right behind it, you couldn’t hear anything. Off street protected parking was great and there is laundry available onsite. While we were there, we got to know neighbors and joined them twice for drinks in the parking...

"Very easy to walk to riverfront food and shops! This condo has a very neat design, needs to clean couch it’s nasty. I thought when I read that there was a rooftop bar on floor 5 we stayed on floor 3 it would be so cool. Well all I will say is the DJ they had pulled a “very” different crowd than us.
