"Beautiful and spotless! Accommodations were perfect! This was our 2nd stay. Unfortunately we did not read the email on the parking changes since 1st stay. Construction of sidewalk in front of Coves was torn up and getting your luggage to house took my husband 4 trips to parking lot that is basically 2 blocks away. We were there for our suns wedding for 9 days and had more luggage and our dog. It’s a lovely place for a short term visit. "

"The boathouse was absolutely immaculate- inside and out. Had everything you could need. Views from the balconies were amazing. It’s in the perfect location - pretty much within the walking distance of everything downtown. There is a free trolly/bus system that serves downtown and stops right at the corner of the cove if you don’t feel like walking everywhere. It’s a very special place to stay and experience- nothing else quite like it!"

"I came to Wilmington for a conference and the Wanderlust was the perfect place to stay. It was SO nice and had absolutely everything we needed. The 2nd level deck was amazing and looked out over the water for a great view down the river. It is easily walking distance to the Convention Center which was exactly what we wanted. The are also plenty of restaurants in walking distance too. We really enjoyed popping back to the houseboat in between education sessions and for lunch. The river walk...
