"Decent price for the stay. Centrally located. The water takes FOREVER to get hot, but does eventually get hot. Our room keys stopped working on day two of our stay?? So we went down to the front desk and the gentleman working the desk said nothing?? And just fixed them and handed them back? So thanks for fixing them but some sort of explanation wouldve been nice or assurance this wouldnt happen again since desk hours arent 24 hours and BOTH room keys were disabled? But fixed nonetheless. Room...

"My friend and I stayed here as a weekend getaway. It was absolutely perfect. The service was phenomenal from start to finish. We did have an issue with valet but they corrected it immediately and gave us a discount on the cost. The hotel is stunning, lives up to all the hype. "

"I was there for an NFL game, so my mood was pretty good. I decided to drink a beer at the bar after an 8 hour trip to get there. There was happy hour by the time I sat by the bar, so I asked the bartender if happy hour was 2x1 to which he replied yes. So I asked if I could combine 2 different beers and obviously pay for the most expensive one, he looked weird at me but said yes. "The staff were excellent!! We were there for a basketball tournament and they were very patient with all the kids in and out the hotel. The bar options are great. Only downside I would have is that the rooms didn’t have microwaves inside and the restaurant didn’t have many kid friendly items."
