"Efter en lang rejse valgte vi netop det hotel fordi det ligger centralt og har en meget flot restaurant på toppen med udsigt over byen. Da vi kom frem havde de lejet hele restauranten ud til et selskab så der var ikke adgang for hotellets gæster. De kunne heller ikke tilbyde roomservice eller være behjælpelig på nogen måde. Så vi måtte ud i november slud og regn og finde et sted og spise."

"I was there for an NFL game, so my mood was pretty good. I decided to drink a beer at the bar after an 8 hour trip to get there. "Our check-in experience was absolutely amazing. Diamond greeted us at the front desk with such kindness. She went above and beyond to help us check-in and find restaurants in the area that were good. She made us cocktails during happy hour in the lobby as well. "Excellent value for money. Location at the harbour with great view from restaurant and some rooms. You get what you pay for. Fine breakfast buffet in weekends, OK menu during weekdays. Good and clean room. Both lobby bar and dinner restaurant are OK when needed, but there are better options outside the hotel. Effective check in and check out. If a swimming pool is important, this is not the place, they have a pool, but very small and not something to go for"

"The area was not a good neighborhood. The hotel has no parking. You pay $50 day for valet parking which you are forced to do basically and its in a big garage across the street. If you come back after 11pm there's no valet attendant and you have to park your car yourself and yet you pay $50 daily. They do bring your car to you when you request it via an app. The hotel and room was very nice, clean and modern. One of the best rooms for the price."
