Staff greeted us with a friendly smile and a warm “welcome back.” The room (#16) was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. "Efter en lang rejse valgte vi netop det hotel fordi det ligger centralt og har en meget flot restaurant på toppen med udsigt over byen. Da vi kom frem havde de lejet hele restauranten ud til et selskab så der var ikke adgang for hotellets gæster. De kunne heller ikke tilbyde roomservice eller være behjælpelig på nogen måde. Så vi måtte ud i november slud og regn og finde et sted og spise."

"When I checked in at 7 pm there was no one at the reception desk and I had to wait 15 for someone to arrive. The parking directions he provided were very complicated. The coffee shop had an extremely limited menu and hours and the staff was frequently unavailable for about 10 minutes."

"Advertised photo description of rooms are misleading. Room that we booked looked nothing like the photos of it on Expedia website. Harbor view advertised is blocked by rooftop. 2 sofas/couches advertised - we had 0. Also strange smell in the room. After you check in refunds are not possible. So be aware. Good luck. "

"Very nice property in Baltimore. We attended a concert at CFG arena with easy walking distance. Nice bar and breakfast in the hotel, with nice rooms. Definitely recommend. "

"I was there for an NFL game, so my mood was pretty good. I decided to drink a beer at the bar after an 8 hour trip to get there. There was happy hour by the time I sat by the bar, so I asked the bartender if happy hour was 2x1 to which he replied yes. So I asked if I could combine 2 different beers and obviously pay for the most expensive one, he looked weird at me but said yes. By the time I asked for the check I could see that I got charged for both, so I asked the bartender why I was being...
