The Escape is a perfect getaway for those wanting to enjoy the Wine in Martinborough. 900m from the town center with wineries, restaurants, cafes & cinema a short stroll away.
This fabulous property is well suited to couples & small families alike. Open plan living, dining & kitchen area has amazing flow to outdoors, A great place for alfresco dining. Enjoy the communal heated outdoor swimming pool (pool closed Easter through to Labour weekend), tennis court, a trampoline and a Petanque area.

The house has a fully functional kitchen, dishwasher and full size fridge.
There is unlimited fibre, and LG TV with Freeview and a DVD player.

-The Master bedroom has a queen-sized bed.
-The second bedroom has two single beds, bed side table and lamp

The square is just a short drive for you to head in and have dinner at Circus Cinema Restaurant, amazing pizza at Little Square Pizza, or tasty burgers at 5711 located in the square, have coffee at Neighbourhood cafe or meet the locals over bacon and eggs at Kitcheners.

Martinborough boasts itself on incredible vineyards... take yourself to some of our favourites - Moy Hall, Colombo Martinborough, Schubert Wines, Luna Estate and On Giants' Shoulders. Great for tastings and for lunch.

If shopping is your thing, poke around in the funky lil boutique shops sprinkled around the square and grab some of the locally produced delicacies on offer.

Just half an hour's drive from Martinborough is Lake Ferry, a sleepy beach village on the shores of Lake Onoke where it empties into rugged Palliser Bay.

Go fishing with views of the South Island, try catching whitebait if you're here in spring - or just enjoy a sunset dinner at the Lake Ferry Hotel. They do fab whitebait fritters and flounder!

The bus stop is just outside Pinot Grove and connects with the Train at Featherston Station, you can go into Wellington or to Masterton
You can hire bikes to go around the wineries or there is a Taxi Van which can be booked when needed

No parties, no outside noise after 10pm
The Residents Association operates the swimming pool. No alcohol is allowed at the pool (strictly enforced). The pool is only available to paid guests staying with you – not to visiting guests.
