Magnificent villa of 900M2 with a small house of 75m2 in annex
The accommodation
The villa can accommodate Maximum 12 adults (6 couples), the sofa beds can be used as a bed for children.

- A LUXURIOUS VILLA
The Villa and the outbuilding have 5 spacious bedrooms that can accommodate 10 adults. Sofa beds are also available allowing you to convert one of the living rooms into a 6th bedroom and accommodate up to 12 adults and 8 children without difficulty

- The villa is carefully decorated by its owners who live there regularly, which gives an identity to the villa and makes it less impersonal than villas that are only used for seasonal rental

- AN EXCEPTIONAL LOCATION FOR A QUIET HOLIDAY WHILE BEING CLOSE TO THE CITY TO ENJOY ITS ENTERTAINMENT.

Take advantage of the large 2 hectares of land surrounding the villa to play volleyball, petanque or enjoy the "Mirror" type swimming pool (water level at the same level of the terrace) or even go jogging on the path surrounding the property of 400 meters

- PASSENGER ACCESS
We put the entire villa at your disposal.
If you want to order a private transfer with driver, you can order a transfer from us at least 48 hours in advance.
A driver will then pick you up at the villa 3 hours before your plane takes off.
This service is available at any time. Payment is made in cash, at the time of pick-up.
If you come by car by your own means, you can park in the parking lot within the villa which is guarded day and night.
