The BAB Hotel has a perfect international standard, and the staff are very friendly and openminded. We got an upgrade do to a small delay in check inn, and the room was perfect. Im absolutely coming back to BAB Hotel on my next visit

Lækker comfort
Vi blev opgraderet til en suite med sofa arrangement, tv og stort lækkert badeværelse samt lille altan. Alt sammen meget lækkert og skønt. Morgenbuffeten var ikke noget særligt, men ellers var alt ved hotellet komfortabelt og personalet meget venlige og hjælpsomme.

A good stay
A pleasant stay at this hotel. Positioned in a good location so easy to get around everywhere. Staff are very friendly. The deluxe room wasn’t as described but staff were able to resolve issues quickly.

Best Hotel
Best location in the center. Walking distance to bars, restaurants , lounges , coffee shops. Staff were extremely nice and helpful . Lamea the front desk supervisor was professional , helpful and tried to make guest happy . Breakfast was very nice . I defiantly stay again - the only thing that they need to work on the housekeeping . They leave the dirty glasses and don’t leave coffee pads every day .

Rooms were good demanding more city tax on reception after lot of discussion with manager finally agreed on same price what hotel.com asked me to pay make sure u deal with them on day 1 Not very helpful reception staff, i asked them to book a taxi for airport-he said taxi will charge 250MD but i went outside hotel and taxi man said 100MD. he picked us up at 6AM so they try to steal you every penny when possible be careful

The rooms are huge and so is the bed and bathroom. Very clean.Very noisy throughout the night from the traffic outside and people shouting.

Hotellet er fint og rent, rommene er store og har balkong. Badet har to servanter og veldig stor dusj. Personalet er hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Renhold er topp, en spesiell takk til en stuepike som jobbet i etasjen hvor vi hadde rom, hun var hyggelig, blid og flink til å rengjøre rommer.

Zeer behulpzaam personeel, alleen de muziek in de lobby was vaak te luid, geen lobby muziek, na vraag om het zachter te zetten, werd daar onmiddellijk gehoor aan gegeven. Heerlijk nespresso op eigen kamer! Schone, ruime mooie kamer en badkamer. Alleen foto's van Andy Warhall (de creep) overal, vond ik persoonlijk storend, maar kon ik goed negeren. Personeel zeer behulpzaam met vervoer naar vliegveld, taxi's met vooraf vermelding van ritprijs. In huis Spa, was niet altijd goed, jammer.

We loved this hotel. Great location, super modern. However the reservation system is very poor. We booked several rooms on two occasions and both times the reservations were not correct. The staff were great, the restaurant also but took well over an hour to get food. The hotel is not up to to standard on cleanliness. No toilet paper or towels. Maintenance also poor. Lights not working, blinds broken. This could be a super hotel but need proper management.

Great location. Super modern design with pool. Loved the food and loved being able to have an alcoholic drink. The cleaning could definitely be improved but overall loved this hotel!

CATASTROPHIQUE
Nous sommes venus dans cet hôtel pourtant bien noté avec pleins de bonnes intentions. Pourtant, service déplorable, ménage fait à 17h30, si on peut appeler ça « fait ». De la poussière partout, les poubelles non vidées. Obligées de laisser la lumière allumée pour que les prises fonctionnent et seulement 2 serviettes pour 3. Wifi inexistante. La douche fuyait tellement que la Sdb était entièrement inondée à chaque fois. Ne parlons pas de l’isolation et des rideaux et stores inutiles et noirs de poussière… bref à éviter fortement !

All the staff from the door man, receptionist, dining staff, room service, spa and housekeeping staff were all professional, friendly and hard working in their duties. The breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of fresh food and variety. The room was clean, great AC, quiet, and good location. I would definitely stay at the Bab Hotel again in the future.

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff are very helpful and professional. Nouhaila: one of the massage therapist is very nice, kind and professional. I enjoyed my relaxing massage received by Nouhaila. I would definitely stay at the Bar Hotel again.

Dishonest staff
Lobby, reception and pool area were nice and clean. However, the room, toilet and bathroom had quite a few broken floor and wall tiles. The balcony door had a broken handle so the door was open the whole night and noice didn't let us sleep much. This was fixed the next afternoon. Towels were getting less day by day in the bathroom. Upon check-out we were told about an outstanding restaurant bill, which we had already paid in cash. We were also asked to pay for two minibar items that we actually did not touch. Receptionist called the person who was attending the restaurant that day and he admitted he had taken the money and still billed us on the room... I wouldn't be surprised if room service used the minibar on our behalf.

El hotel y la habitación estaba excelente, cómoda y muy linda. La ubicación es en la zona nueva de Marrakech que te permite cambiar un poco del ambiente tradicional de la Médina y los Riad. Personal muy atento y amable. El desayuno muy completo !!!

Hotel is within walking distance to shopping areas and restaurants. parking is convenient (you have to pay the guy that watches the cars 24 hours. Not connected to hotel) Area is safe and can be walked late at night. Many bars and restaurant in the area. Will definitely recommend
