"Very clean with everything needed for a short stay. Bed extremely comfortable! Extremely convenient location for city centre. Having a parking permit was very useful & there was always a space nearby. "

"The check-in and precheck in welcome pack was all very professional. When we got there - the starter pack with cereals milk etc was a nice touch. Three very spacious and comfy double bedrooms available. A spacious bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.The house was very central - for shops and walking into centre.The only thing that we would suggest would be comfy seating in lounge - an extra sofa would have been great.And parking is only available overnight as permit holders only during day but...

"A great find. Although in the owners garden there was plenty of privacy and outside seating to enjoy. The owners were very helpful and happy to help if you have any questions. There are dogs but they are also very friendly and sometimes sleep near you when sitting outside. The property was very clean with plenty of space to relax. There's a Thai pub within walking distance which is very good and the property is in an excellent location to explore Hampshire with the south coast only about an hour...

"Lovely spacious property in a beautiful location with easy access to Bath and other local sights by road or rail. The cottage is a short walk to the train station with hourly trains to bath during off peak times. Not having to drive into Bath was a real bonus. The cottage was very clean, well equipped and a really lovely place to relax. Having two en suite bathrooms was a real bonus. The local shop and tea room is only a short walk, maybe 15 mins, though it is hilly so plan to use a car if this...

"What a beautiful house and fab hosts! We rented the cottage for my sister's hen do and it could not have been more perfect for what we had planned. The space inside and out was brilliant for a group and Charlie and Kitkat were really helpful in the lead up and during our stay. We really enjoyed having the big outside space, as well as plenty of space to cook and dine together - the double fridge was excellent! Lovely easy walks to do from the house as well to blow out some cobwebs. Would highly...

"Excellent FACILITIES. Everything needed for three nights stay. Host was super friendly. We’d stay at the Old Dairy Barn again!"

"We had 3 nights at the house and it was perfect for our group of 8. 4 adults, 4 children and a dog. The kids loved the hot-tub and the MUGA."

"The cottage was very well equipped and very Comfortable. The only draw back was a noisy road and the church bells, which struck all night! None of us slept very well."

"Stayed with my wife and children. It is a great location. Walkable from the rail station and walkable to the city center, where you will find the beautiful Salisbury Cathedral, which also houses the Magna Carta in its Cloisters. Short drive to Stonehenge and Old Serum. The property itself is clean and comfortably sleeps 8. Would highly recommend."

"The room had a very strong smell, same as the air freshener in the reception area, which was not great for someone with a perfume allergy. We ran the aircon full blast for 20 minutes while I took a walk and it helped clear the air to a level where I could sleep in the room. Other than that it was fine."

"Nice room and bathroom with a good selection of tea and coffee in the room. The Bathroom is separated by the room with a glass wall so only share a room with people you're very comfortable with.. There was a "privacy button" that was supposed to make the door non-transparent, but I couldn't work out"
