"Nice room and bathroom with a good selection of tea and coffee in the room. The Bathroom is separated by the room with a glass wall so only share a room with people you're very comfortable with.. There was a "privacy button" that was supposed to make the door non-transparent, but I couldn't work out"

"Overall we liked our stay. The bed was comfortable, and we loved the pool and the grounds. We had booked a dog friendly room. When we arrived to our room, there were both dog hair and human hair in the bathtub. After cleaning the next morning it was still there. We had the dog bed removed from our room, because it was really dirty with so much dog hair from previous dogs. Not what we would expect from a 4 star hotel. We spent one of our days at the pool. The weather was amazing, so there were a lot of people relaxing at the pool. It would have been nice with service from the bar. The breakfast buffet was super great. "

"Meget upersonligt med check in på en computer, ligesom i lufthavnen. Ingen receptionist. Lyset på værelset virkede ikke, så fik fat i service medarbejder som kom og skiftede sikringer af 2 omgange, forstyrrende. Betalte 10 GBP for at jeg og min datter skulle til fitness og pool, men min datter måtte ikke træne, som 9 årig og poolen var også begrænset, så vi måtte ikke svømme med børn, og hun måtte ikke benytte jacuzzien. Løftede persienne på hotel værelset for at lukke vinduerne, og der var masser af spindelvæv, støv og møg beskidt. Der var ikke gjort rent bag persiennerne i månedsvis. At kalde dette et luksus hotel med 4 stjerner, er som at kalde en gammel rysten Skoda felicia for en luksus bil. "

"Small room. The barthroom wasn’t very nice. Smelled of mold. There was mold on the walls. Towels could not dry so they were wet even the next day. Not particularly delicious"

" Cricklade hotel is my new favourite in the vicinity of Swindon. Nice surroundigs, comfortable rooms, pool, sauna, stram bath and a well equipped gym. Food is also of a High standard👍"
