"If it wasn’t for the manager Elijah, I would definitely give the hotel a bad rating. When we got to the room it wasn’t the room we paid for. Having mobility challenges I asked for a room with a roll in transfer shower. We received a walk in shower instead. So the manager moved us to the correct room. He explained the system had the wrong type room assigned to the one we were given. When we got to the correct room we find a broken table. So the manger had to replace it. Then there was no shower...
