"I came in super late from my flight being delayed- I was still met with patience and kindness after the online latest check in time. I stayed in a quad shared room and when I got there, everyone was asleep. There was a small space heater that worked well for the space and it was clean throughout. The bed was comfy and I didn’t feel unsafe or uncomfortable at all as a young woman. I slept in and everyone was very courteous, I didn’t feel disturbed by my roommates at all. "You simply cannot beat this location! Right across the river, right next to the Magnificent Mile, a short walk away from Navy Pier, and surrounded by great restaurants and convenient stores. The pool on the fifth floor is spectacular and offers amazing views of the downtown skyline. Moreover, the hotel is in a clean and safe part of the city. Stayed there with two small kids, and had no problem roaming the neighborhood after dark. "
