"This was an excellent stay . The property is very well maintained . Is a complete one bedroom apartment with kitchen , living room and from yard . The host and owner is Paula , she is a grandma with a lot energy , willing to help you with anything. We sat there for 6 days to visit the Tuscany . You need a car to be here because is very central for most of the small and medien town here . "Very happy with our stay. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant. Gioele was a wealth of information on places to go and back roads to travel. Especially enjoyed San Gusme and the wonderful restaurants in Villa A Sesta. This is a B&B. We thought we had use of a kitchen but that was only for the help to prepare breakfast. We found that misleading as we stayed a week and would like to have use of a kitchen. Lovely area and nice place to stay."

"This place was fantastic! What a gem. The bed was comfy, the AC was cold, the bathroom was perfect. We shared the cottage with another couple we were traveling with.
