"Host did not provide instructions prior to check-in time, did not respond to texts on check-in day and I had to call to get info on how to access the unit. Oddly, everything had to be passed through text instead of a welcome email with all info. Photos on VRBO site are heavily staged. DO NOT expect it to look like the photos. There are multiple decoration pieces in the unit that clutter the space and make it feel cramped. The coffee table (chest) had sharp pieces sticking up on the top, not kid...

"This property is a great value! It is an older home but has been updated. It has a very homey feel and was very comfortable. The kitchen had all the things we needed to make our meals and all amenities' promised were available. The backyard was Stunning! "

"Amenities were in good condition. Only thing missing was a cookie tray for baking, but we bought that and left it behind for the next guest. Extremely easy check in/out process and nice remodel to make a very nice place to stay in Vallejo. "

"Check in was fast, everything but the floor was spotless, the beds were so so soft and perfect, I wish I had one myself. My only concern was that the listing said it was two bedrooms, which is a bit inaccurate. The twin bed is actually on the back porch so it isn't private or very safe with the back door right there, especially since some of that door in particular needs some handiwork or an extra lock. Overall this is a beautiful well-kept house in a beautiful neighborhood. "

"Lana was great. Location was close to interstate and easy to navigate around the area. Two king beds were great and the other room has 2 beds. Everyone had their own space. Kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with Lana was amazing. She repsonded quickly to all our questions and needs. Not sure when we will come this way again but will stay here if we do!"

"The property owner didn’t sent the details of how to get into the location as mentioned which should’ve been 24 hours ahead of time. Once we checked in the location was ok besides tons of spider webs on the outside. The location had a smell in there once arriving air fresheners could have helped. The shower door in the master bath continued to be off track which caused me and my friend to be stuck in the shower. There were no bath rugs weren’t there. The towels had dark spots and wholes in them....

"We had a pleasant stay in this apartment in Oakland/Berkeley area. With its great location we could easily visit our son on Berkeley university. The apartment is really maintained with a nice kitchen, cozy living room and two nice bedrooms. Thanks to Chris who has been a great host :-)"
