Head out on the canal in the provided kayak, cruise around the neighborhood on one of the bikes, or hop in the car and discover a number of local attractions including the Marathon Community Theatre, Inc., Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, Key Colony Beach Golf, and the Seven Mile Bridge, all less than seven miles from your door!

Back home, this dream vacation rental boasts a sparkling interior with a contemporary island kitchen to one side with a full suite of stainless steel appliances to help make meal prep a breeze! Dine shoulder-to-shoulder at the kitchen island or gather around the adjacent table for mealtimes or rainy day games. After dining, meet up in the main living area and stream all your favorite channels, relax outdoors in the screened deck overlooking the canal, or head down to the patio to socialize or shoot some pool.

Additional amenities include a gas grill to let you spice up your home-cooked menu, a convenient dock, central air-conditioning, and a washer/dryer to let you pack light for your trip.

The boat lift is not available to guests.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: Boat lift on the dock is off limits - Guests have room for a 30 foot boat.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
