The Space: Welcome to Malva, a stylish retreat located in Manchester's vibrant Northern Quarter. This apartment places you just steps away from the dynamic Shudehill area, The Arndale’s unique shopping, the lively nightlife at Printworks, and excellent transport links via Manchester Victoria Station. Whether you're here to explore or unwind, you'll find everything you need within easy reach, ensuring you're always close to the excitement.
- Kitchen & Dining Area: Step into the kitchen, where modern amenities await your culinary adventures. Gather around the large dining table for delightful meals or utilise the space as a convenient workspace for business endeavours. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We offer a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, washing machine and dryer, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster and induction hob. At Malva, every tool is at your disposal.
There is a six seater dining table perfect for hosting a dinner party or enjoying a meal together with family and friends. This space also offers an excellent workspace for those who may be travelling on business.
- Bedroom Bliss: Unwind in the serene king-size bedroom, your perfect retreat at the end of the day. Enjoy a peaceful night’s rest with blackout curtains, while the spacious double wardrobe ensures your belongings are neatly tucked away for a clutter-free stay.
- Bathroom Retreat: Indulge in the luxurious bathroom, where a large waterfall shower awaits to rejuvenate your senses, along with complimentary toiletries, adding a touch of indulgence to your stay, ensuring you feel pampered throughout your visit. We offer bath towels and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
- Inviting Living Area: After a day of exploration, unwind in the inviting living area. Sink into the plush cushions of the sofa and immerse yourself in entertainment with the 55" Smart TV, offering access to Netflix and Amazon Prime. Featuring walls with an elegant panelled design, this adds a touch of charm and tranquility to the space, creating the perfect ambiance for your stay.
- Sofa Bed: The sofa can be converted into a comfortable double sofa-bed. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. If you’re unsure whether you have a sofa-bed inclusive rate or for full details of our sofa-bed policy, please refer to our terms and conditions.
- Accessibility: Your comfort is our top priority! This apartment is located on the 3rd floor with convenient elevator access. Should the elevator be out of service, stairs are also available for easy access.
- Complimentary Amenities: Enjoy the following free amenities designed to ensure your stay is thoroughly catered to: • Tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper. • Selection of coffee pods. • Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap). • Towels provided. • Cleaning boxes - include a sponge, mini washing-up liquid, 1 laundry pod, and a cloth.

Guest Access: Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions including any access codes, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £30.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold or damage waiver, are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

Getting Around: When you walk out the front door, you will be in the heart of Manchester's iconic Northern Quarter. You are never more than 20 meters from a bar, restaurant or grocery store. Shudehill bus and metrolink station is a couple of minutes down the road. Manchester Victoria train station is also a 5 minute walk away. The Arndale Shopping Centre is also very close by.
Other Things to Note: Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas.
If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 3rd floor to access the apartment.
