In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £40.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold or damage waiver, are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

Getting Around: The apartment is located on the edge of the Gay Village, positioned conveniently between both Piccadilly and Oxford Road train stations.
There are several off and on street parking spaces available all around the development. There is a pay and display car park 30m from the development, where it costs est. £25.00 daily to park. The full address of this car park is as follows: NCP, Sackville St, Manchester M1 3LY. You will never be stuck for a place to park your car(s). Alternative, longer-term parking at a more preferable rate may be arranged for you upon enquiry.
Other Things to Note: Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 4th floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours.
