"We booked this place for 2 separate stays months in advance. 1st stay upon arrival and 1st use cups needed to be hand cleaned, using the sink faucet sink would not drain, water was leaking from the pipes under the sink onto the floor. Flooring separating, probably from water damage. We used the toilet there were spiders that i had to kill. Contacted the property manager and pipe leak fixed only. Was texted back they cannot control spiders getting in. 2nd stay nothing fixed and manager did...

The room is as in the pictures, however I think it is misleading that a picture indicates the roman the baths are part of the hotel, or that the hotel gives access to the roman baths. "Lovely basement flat to stay in not far fromThe city centre.Jeremy showed us into the flat ( he lives upstairs) and was friendly and helpful.Flat is well equipped and has a big TV and sofa in the living room. Very comfy bed with plenty blankets to keep warm.Would definitely stay here again and would recommend"
