Had a wonderful time staying here. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I had a late flight and they let me stay in my room until very late before my flight. Definitely recommend!

Spectacular Management
Rico at the front desk and Estafania in the hotel lobby bar were so amazing. The team made our stay so warm. I told all my friends this is where they need to stay when they visit.

Lovely overall but service issues
Our stay was lovely until the last day. The property is beautiful and the staff at the bars, pools and desk were all very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Concierge was very helpful and we loved Henry A, the butler. Wonderfully pleasant and helpful! Everything you think about a 5 star hotel. We did not do the breakfast buffet the first two says we were there but went down for our last morning. The service was not good. The buffet was divine and we ordered our coffee and water which came quickly. We then got our plates and when we sat down there was no silverware so we asked for some and some additional coffee. We got the silverware but no coffee. About 10 minutes later I asked another waitress to check on the coffee and could we please get some more water. That never came either so I walked up to the manager and explained that we had never received our coffee and could I get a to go cup. Meanwhile the servers cleared our first plates but took our silverware and again we had no silverware to eat our fruit and had to wait for that to be requested and brought. It was just disappointing because it was our last morning there and we wanted to have a relaxing morning and we couldn’t get coffee and silverware which are pretty basic. Up until this point I would have given it a 5 star but the fact that it didn’t go well and the manager didn’t even apologize was pretty disappointing.

Déception
Hôtel qui est décadent et n est certainement pas un hôtel 5 étoiles. État général très vieillot , rien n à été refait depuis des années sauf les chambres qui sont correctes. Nourriture vraiment très moyenne et qui reflète bien l état général de l hôtel . Personnel gentil mais pas très professionnel et qui cherche à faire payer le client toujours plus mais sans service supplémentaire. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel il y a d autres options sur l île à des prix beaucoup plus abordables.

The best. Possibly the best upscale hotel experience in the past few years, best staff, best breakfast, excellent lower tier restaurant Aqua even during low season (their Michelin1* Es Fum restaurant has been closed till March). Caveat #1: St, Regis has a wonderful scenic location on the bay, but has no direct access to the sea. Great area for jogging by the bay, even in February. Hotel will advise re beaches. Caveat #2: no golf on premises (hotel will arrange nearby courses, my woman friend liked Muntaner (with related Quinto second) and Bendinat the best. Other courses nearby tend to be flat (friend sez boring) but I have not seen two lines of 100€-plus automobiles ever like the one at Golf Santa Ponsa - the course being flat and boring according to my experienced golfer friend. In sum, Marriott St. Regis rules...

Really nice hotel with a Spanish style. Pretty lobby and very welcoming staff. Nice Bar and lounge by the lobby as well as the Es Fum Michelin star restaurant. Clean and nice rooms. Bad gym, very small. Guest service, the butlers( LEO especially) and all the receptionists were great and very friendly and helpful. Same at the Es Fum restaurant. Unfortunately the service wasn’t always the same at the Aqua restaurant or by the pool. Almost all the women were super friendly and service minded at the Aqua restaurant but the men were most of them pretty grumpy and not service minded at all. There wasn’t enough people serving by the pool. Took forever to order and same here the people who did work wasn’t super friendly except for MATHIAS who was really nice!! Overall a nice hotel but it’s not the same as a St Regis, Four seasons or Ritz Carlton as over in North America.

Best hotel in Mallorca
Exceptional hotel!!! The location is ideal as it is only 25min from the airport. The rooms are very beautiful, with all the modern fittings. The grounds are exceptionally well manicured and there is a lot of space to move around. The adult area is also very nice and secluded away from the main pool area. This is a fancy hotel, but very welcoming to children. The staff are really wonderful, and always willing to help.
