Kan bestemt anbefales!
Rigtigt lækkert hotel med fantastisk god service. Ikke ret langt til Marinaen, vi tog på stranden i Magaluf 10min med taxa og om eftermiddagen blev poolen på hotellet brugt den var ok :-)

Det man ikke ser på billederne.....
Jeg boede på dette hotel 2 nætter medio september 2014. Indlledningsvis havde jeg booket et standard værelse. Det viste sig, at disse vender ud mod bagsiden - og har dermed udsigt til en baggård og et hotel bagved. Jeg valgte dog at opgradere, således jeg kunne få udsigt over Middelhavet - og dermed også et større værelse. Dette var super godt. Gennemført lækkert. Minibaren indeholder blot softdrinks, men første omgang er på hotellets regning! Altså skal man først betale for minibaren, når den er fyldt op igen og man så forsyner sig igen. Personalet er venligt, men desværre ikke så opmærksomt omkring service ved poolen, trods der står menukort ved liggestolene. På den anden side at poolområdet ligger der desværre tre ganske trafikkerede veje, som udspringer fra en rundkørsel nær hotellet. Morgenmaden er i top - bl.a. med mousserende vin samt et udvalg af cooked-breakfast retter. Endvidere lærte jeg, at såfremt man booker en juniorsuite, følger der en Smart bil med i lejen, således man slipper for at leje bil andetsteds. Efter hotellets plan vil de åbne en tagterrasse næste år. Jeg overvejer kraftigt at komme retur.

We are traveling a lot and sometimes hotels in Europe are not what travelers from America get used to. This hotel met all our expectations: nice, clean, stuff is friendly and very helpful, included breakfast was good, and there are AC in rooms that work very well, which is not a case in many European hotels. There is no hotel’s dedicated parking, but we had no problem to park on the street right infront of the hotel. There are 5-7 restaurants in no more than 10 min walking distance through the very nice neighborhood. There is small, but quite cozy pool area. And… there is nothing else to do around, which was not a problem for us.

Das Hotel besticht durch schöne Zimmer und Sauberkeit. Das Frühstück ist allerdings unterirdisch für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie und für den Preis. Sehr wenig Brotauswahl, kaum Käse, die Eier sind kalt. Hier wird auch nicht regelmäßig aufgefüllt. Mitarbeiter sind leider nicht zuvorkommend. Wir lagen zwei Tage am Pool und durften garkeinen Service genießen- ich werde lieber wieder andere Hotels in der Umgebung buchen,welche besser und preiswerter sind.

Totally recommend!
The swimming pool is such a delight! Perfect temperature and the beds are the most comfy. The room was spacious, comfortable and neat. There was an issue with the shower which was promptly resolved, great service. The location is next to Puerto Portals, within walking distance and great for lunch and or dinner. Close to the bus station which is convenient and easy for trips to the airport or Palma. The noise from the street and party people was the only thing I did not enjoy as much.

Great price and location
Perfect location in Portals. Great sea view room, shower with a view, quiet secluded swimming pool and the best sun loungers ever! For some reason housekeeping forgot to give us fresh towels two days in a row but the main disappointment was the check-in and check-out experience. The reception staff were uninterested, they did not offer any explanation of the facilities. Upon check out we were not even asked if we enjoyed our stay...basic etiquette.

Wonderful property with a great location. Pool was fantastic. In-room amenities were very good. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. Close to beach, restaurants, and shopping. We went to Mallorca to bike and we’re able to store them in a safe location behind the front desk.

Friendly staff
The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were in the top floor and had some issues with the water temperature in the shower. Also, the lift was noisy and often distributed our sleeping. However, the staff were really lovely and overall very happy to have stayed. We will certainly return.

Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Weiterhin gibt es einen großen Parkplatz vor dem Hotel. Man ist innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zu fuss am Yachthafen, daher ist die Lage top.
