Alt i alt en dejlig oplevelse
Et dejligt ophold. Det eneste jeg vil fremhæve som negativt er at meget service i buffeten ikke var ordenligt rent. Man skulle lige igennem et par tallerkener for at få en ren. En lille sidebemærkning hvis man som mig ikke tåler gluten, så er der ikke meget at vælge mellem og skiltningen er ikke-eksisterende.

Det var et fint hotel, men mange fulde engelske teenagere gjorde at der var noget støj om natten. Men hele Magaluf by og område er fyldt med fulde engelske unge, og det er så belastende så vi aldrig vil tage til Magaluf igen.

Anbefaler halv pension.Så at de som havde all inclusive var på hotellet hele tiden.

Thank you for a nice holiday!
Very nice and clean hotel booked with all incl. and the restaurant was fine with plenty of choices to suit everyone at all meals. A little more smiling amongst the personel would be nice, but generally the staff is very polite. One of two rooms was not towards the pool area as indicated in the booking confirmation, but to the backside of the hotel. It was much smaller than the one facing the pool area, however, with a view to the sea instead(and unfortunately also to the noise of all the young party-people in another hotel across the road, but I would not blame the Atlantic Park for this). The staff is arranging all sorts of activities during the days and the evenings if you are interested.

Ok hotel til penge. Men har man ikke all inklusiv, kommer kaffe, vand og øl ved på hotelet til at koste dyrt. Meget dyrere end på kaffer ved stranden. Ingen wifi på nær loby, og på værelset mod betaling af 3€ pr dag pr enhed. Magaluf området er en party sted, men stranden er fin. Hotelet ligger lidt ud i det stille område så man slipper for alt for meget larm.

Dejlig ferie!
Rigtig venligt personale, lækkert vejr, fin pool med dejlig poolbar. Vi havde morgenmad og aftensmad med til opholdet, og var vildt positivt overraskede over, hvor god og varieret maden var! Superlækkert og frisk og indbydende buffet! Fint værelse med badekar og god altan. Dog var sengen ikke helt lang nok til min kæreste, men ellers var alt godt.

Super fint hotel, perfekt med all-inklusive. God restaurant med masser af blandet mad. Køkken personalet var ikke så smilende og venlige men super lækkert hotel, poolen snyder dog en smule

Pleasant hotel, great location, friendly staff.
Pleasant stay. We were very impressed with James at reception who checked us in at 130am. We were told that a cold evening meal have left for us in the dinning room along with tea and coffee if required, which was unexpected and very nice. We were half board. Breakfast was good, with plenty of variety. Being half board we could choose daily to have lunch or evening meal. We were a little disappointed that tea and coffee was only available at breakfast and not a lunch or dinner. This was compounded by not having tea and coffee facilities in the rooms. I think the hotel should at least have one or other. Otherwise a very nice stay, friendly and helpful staff.

Plutôt bon hôtel
Bon accueil et personnel très accueillant et gentil. Concernant l’hôtel les photos mis sur le site laisse penser qu’il y a plusieurs piscine. Il y en a qu’une. De plus, en journée, Il y a un groupe de joueurs qui jouent au ballon ce qui fait que nous pouvons pas nager dans une partie de la piscine. Concernant les chambres conforme aux photos mais parfois il peut avoir du bruit cause des clients mais aussi à cause du personnels et c’était le matin. Je devais sortir pour leur dire de faire moins de bruit. La cantine rien à dire sur la nourriture très très très variés que ça soit du petit déjeuner au dîner mais les couverts et les assiettes étaient sales ce n’est pas normal pour un « hôtel 4 étoiles ». De plus, quatre jours après notre arrivée on nous a demandé comme ça de payer notre boisson alors qu’on nous l’avais jamais demandé donc pas compris. (5€) pour des jus coupés à l’eau. En globalité le séjour était bien des spectacles se font tous les soirs ce qui anime l’hôtel. Nous sommes à proximité des boîtes de nuit, d’une grande allée avec plusieurs commerces et de la mer. Il y a un arrêt de bus juste en bas de l’hôtel qui vous emmène un peu partout jusqu’à même palma. Ps: Pour l’hôtel pour moi ce n’est pas un quatre-étoiles mais plutôt un 3 il faudra juste donner un nouveau souffle à l’immobilier.

The hotel was average. The hotel itself was located centrally so allowed easy access. However breakfast was average. Rooms were not cleaned everyday, when they were cleaned the only way you could tell was because the beds were made up and towels were re-placed. Everything else was barely touched.

It was advertised as a family hotel but it was full of large groups of boys who were drunk at the pool in the afternoon and extremely loud. They would come back to the hotel at 6 in the morning drunk, yelling, running up and down the corridor and slamming doors. If you want sleep don’t stay here.

The restaurant menu was good. The welcome reception was unsatisfactory. Waking up every day at 4am because guest were returning from late night partying and banging on their doors. The wall insulation was very poor as you can hear the communication and music on the other partitioned room. I had to ask the cleaning staff to change my bedding. The entertainment was not interesting. I would rate ig a 3 star. Its not like the Atlantic Park hotels have been too

L'hotel è molto gradevole e pulito. Si trova vicino alla fermata dell'autobus dalla quale si va direttamente in aeroporto con l'A11. La colazione è abbondante e buona.

Frukosten kan förbättras. Vi saknade färska råvaror och nyttigare alternativ som gröt och rågbröd vilket dock serverades sista dagen av vår 11 dagars vistelse. Juicen smakade dåligt. Bilderna på frukosten var missvisande, såg mycket mer och bättre ut på bild. I övrigt var allt helt ok. Ett plus på kanten till städpersonalen!

Chambre très male insonorisée, on entend tout. Nous avons eu du mal à dormir. Néanmoins propre, personnel très sympathique,la nourriture pas très variée mais bonne. En gros agréable. Par contre les coussins sont un enfer pour les cervicales.

Hotellet er mer av 2 stjernes hotell enn oppskryt. Dårlig service med sliten personal som ikke var til stor hjelp når en trengte det. Lite bra service å få både i resepsjonen, baren og ved måltider. Dårlig å kommunisere. Dårlig luft på rommene og airkondisjon som ikke fungerte. Vi ble syke og måtte ligge med åpen dør i 3 dager og fikk nytt rom natten før vi skulle reise og fikk ikke beskjed om det før etter kveldsmat. Dårlig rengjøring på rommene og mat området der det var buffet,...skitne glass, bestikk ... Aldri igjen

Decent hotel for a short stay
Busy local hotel to Magaluf, comfortable room with good working a/c and mini fridge. Lifts are bit of a pain as there is only two for 9 floors. Food was decent, we had half board for breakfast and dinner as we were out exploring the island all day so this worked better for us. We were surprised that drinks were extra per person of €5 each per day so we didn’t opt for this. Pool is a good size with outdoor bar. Free on road parking if you hire a car.

Recension om hotellets helhet!
Trevligt hotell nära stranden. Gott om utrymme vid poolen och alltid solstolar lediga. Maten var för det mesta toppen, (typisk all inclusive mat med buffé där man fick ta det man gillade). Dom hade dessutom olika temadagar så ibland fanns det paella, ibland thai, ibland kebab, ibland italiensk mat. Från baren kunde man beställa färdiga drinkar från en maskin (vissa goda, vissa inte) men man kunde också utnyttja deras spritsortiment och blanda egna drinkar, vilket var toppen! Vi bodde på andra våningen med utsikt mot poolen och klockan 00.00 varje kväll stängde dom baren och släckte ned så det var tyst och lugnt att sova. Städning skedde varje dag och det fanns AC på rummet. Överlag ett bra hotell med trevlig och arbetsam personal. Vi är nöjda!
