"Virkelig et dejligt hotel. Vi boede på 26 etage og det var det lækreste værelse og god udsigt. Det eneste minus var morgenmaden. Det var lidt kaotisk, rigtig mange mennesker og meget børnevenlig/ amerikansk inspireret morgenmad. Det ville helt klart gøre hotellet lidt mere tjekket med en mere japansk morgenmadsbuffet. "

"The hotel room is small, but nice, which is to be expected of the Apa Japan hotels. It has everything you need. The restaurant with the breakfast buffet is super impressive, with both a wide variety of western and Japanese dishes. However, there are too few elevators for the hotel. We had to wait for a long time during the “busy hours” to get on an elevator. It’s not possible taking the stairs, even if you wanted to. Also, the hotel staff does not necessarily speak good English. We had some trouble checking in with the machine, and I tried to explain it to a staff member. He didn’t quite understand and just told me to check in using the machine - which I already tried, but the machine told me to go talk to a staff member. So kind of a loop there."

"What a great hotel! Comfortable beds with 2 different pillows for each person. Room and bathroom was clean and looked new and well maintained. The size of the room is not big, so the suitcases was our clothing storage during the stay, but we don’t mind that - I think it is the general room size in JP. Breakfast is very good if you don’t expect a full American breakfast - with Danish standards it was delicious and enough to keep us going until late lunch (vegetables, scrambled eggs, yoghurt with toppings, bread, Asian dishes, smalll smoothies), coffee/tea/chocolate. Location of the hotel is perfect if you want to sleep in a quiet area of Osaka. It reminds of the financial district of Manhattan and we felt safe outside at night, when going to grab a midnight snack at the local shops (Family Mart inside the building, 7/11, Lawsons and a big supermarket is nearby). There is a small but well equipped gym in the hotel, and if you like to run, there’s a local park just around the corner and also Osaka Castle park nearby. Transportation is easy as the metro station Kitahama is located just next to the hotel. We weren’t bothered by train noise or traffic noise at any time! From Kitahama you have 15 minutes by metro to many attractions in the city. And only a short walk 600m to the Shinkansen train station for day trips/transfer to other cities. Osaka airport: use red+ brown line for easy transfer (1 hour). Suica card on phone is great! Book this hotel! "

"Super god oplevelse, what you see is what you get. Fair priser, god beliggenhed og generelt en rigtig god oplevelse. "

"Gode hoteller med det man skulle bruge. Specielt deres Spa var rart. Minus var at hvis man ville bruge fitness var det imod betaling"

"Godt centralt, stille værelse med udsigt. Selvom der var godt med liv i gadeniveau. Skønt med en tur i inkluderet spa-bad"

"Virkelig flot hotel og værelset var fantastisk! Samlet set en rigtig god oplevelse og rigtig god service. Metro er 5 min gang fra hotellet, så det er nemt at komme rundt omkring. Jeg vil helt sikkert booke det igen når jeg kommer tilbage."
