Very dated property. It is marketed on Expedia as a 5 star resort but it’s not. There is access to beach but beach is not good enough and there are no sun beds. There is no air conditioning in common areas. Even the ceiling fans in the restaurant do not function. This made the breakfast time experience really painful (Seychelles is very hot and humid). Staff is friendly and helpful.

Hotel is at ideal location with beautiful view. The reception staff was welcoming and helpful, but the dining staff was very rude. I had lunch at La Cocoloba bar and the staff was very rude and unprofessional. Don't recommend this to anyone

Wunderschönes Hotel Resort an einem herrlichen Strand und direkt in die Natur eingebunden. Wir hatten einen sehr grossen Bungalow (60 m2) sehr luxuriös ausgestattet und extrem sauber. Grosszügiges Frühstücks-und Dinnerbuffet mit sehr freundlichem und zuvorkommendem Personal, allen voran der liebenswerte Restaurant-Chef "Mr. Jambo" bei dem wir uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Alles in allem ein rundum zu empfehlendes Resort. *****

Great resort at the west end of Beau Vallon beach
Nice resort at the far end of Beau Vallon beach. Good facilities including a gym, nice pool and very nice buffet breakfast. Restaurants were nice but expensive. Beau Vallon beach is great and has good swimming, snorkelling, bars and restaurants.

Globalement, c’était correct, agréable et bien tenu . Toutefois, bien que le personnel de l’hôtel soit globalement gentil, c’est la notion de service, qui n’est pas à la hauteur du prix et de la qualification en étoiles. Vous demandez une bouteille l’eau, on vous amène l’eau à table mais personne ne vous ouvre la bouteille ni ne vous sert. Idem pour le thé le matin. De même au niveau de l’hôtel, plusieurs changements d’équipes à la réception toute la journée font que l’information et le suivi de cette dernière n’est pas toujours au RV et qu’il y a donc une perte d’efficacité dans le traitement de vos demandes diverses.

Paradise….no kidding!
The most beautiful island ever! The hotel was perfectly positioned on the most beautiful beach on the island. Lots of dining possibilities close by. Breakfast buffet was exceptional! Lynn the operations manager was so friendly, so professional. Always a good morning to greet us every day. Cannot say enough good things about this resort. Would go back tomorrow if I could. Will really miss the hotel and the people. For taxi service call Andre. Lives right across the street! Great rates, great service!

The property was beautiful and beyond expectations. From the first entry the service was excellent. The room was gorgeous, large spacious and private. Our private deck with ocean view room just steps away from the ocean was perfect. The breakfast buffet was fresh and varied every morning. However, as great as the facility was, it was nothing compared to the attentiveness of all the staff. Thanks to Sharifa, Pascal, Dominic, Sharin, Rita, Sandy, Quincy and all the staff. Their attentive, gracious and pleasant attitude has us planning our return. Will definitely visit again and we have aldready recommended the Fisherman's Cove to all our friends and family.

Not recommended
Property is ok. But not up to the mark for resort. No extra facility other than swimming pool and Restaurent. Staff was not proactive and helpful. Snorkeling equipment was to be provided by hotel but we did not get even once during whole stay. No smile or welcoming note on staff face. Last day even no staff was there to help in getting our luggage from room or load in car. I think management is more focusing on their other property story resort.

Friendly staff and good location
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Not a 5 star hotel and did not have a gym (can use their sister hotel nearby) but the location and good customer service makes it a nice place to stay.

Fisherman's Cove was beautiful! The entrance is stunning and then rest of the areas and views are great, as well. Staff was so very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, they changed the bed sheets and towels every day without asking - this leads to a waste of water and electricity; for a resort that tries to be environmentally friendly they should have given the option. I was very impressed by my stay here!

After the damages made by storm nothing has been done. The pool was ready to use but kept closed. Next door beach provided was difficult to reach and the fence in between was stupidly closed. Nobody tried to improve the schatle schedule to allow the customers to use the neibghouring facillities ito compensate the proper damaged facilities.

Svårt att bedöma det helt rättvist när så mycket var avstängt pågrund av skador av tidvattnet. Men ändå skulle jag vilja säga att detta inte är ett femstjärnigt hotel. Ett vanligt fyrstjärnigt hotell. Finns mycket bättre alternativ på samma strand. Vägen till hotellet så får man gå på en 70km/h väg det fanns ingen trottoar. Maten 5 av 10. Tennisbanan va inte heller möjlig att använda. Rummen tycker jag personligen var bra Och det ligger fint, bilderna ljuger inte men för pengarna vi betalade så kan man ställa krav efter det och då lever inte hotellet upp till dem.

Due to damages in November there was no pool and no access to the sea, which means there was no place to swim or relax on a sun bed with an umbrella unless going to the next hotel down, having to walk on a busy road in the sun for several minutes. Also the amenities like water sports equipment became pointless. To “compensate” for complete lack of amenities that one would expect from a hotel on the sea in the Seychelles, they offered three free shuttle busses to other locations on the island - the beach being 1:10 hours away. That’s no compensation in my view as no one relaxes by being hauled on a bus. No mention of discounts for the trouble or of free cancellation when they sent the mail to warn about these issues. I feel duped, having spent a lot of money to stay in an otherwise very nice hotel resort.

Very bad 5 star hotel. It does not even have a minibar. The bathroom is part of the room without separation and all the sounds from the toilet can be heard. The shower does not have a curtain so that the whole bathroom area gets wet.

Tässä rauhallisessa resortissa on ystävällinen palvelu. Huoneet ovat viihtyisät ja kookkaat ja huonepalvelu erinomaista. Sijainti on hyvä pitkän Beau Vallonin rannan päässä. Lähistöllä on hyvätasoinen elintarvikeliike ja vierestä kulkee paikallisbussiyhteys pääkaupunki Victoriaan. Resortissa ei käytännössä ole järjestettyä ohjelmaa. Terassi- ja allasosasto alkaa tarvita uusimista, huoneet ja spa/gym ovat sen sijaan hyvässä kunnossa. Afrikan korkeimman BKT:n omaavana maana Seychellit ovat miellyttävä turismikohde, koska siellä on turvallista ja infra toimii. Luonnoltaan maa on paratiisillisen upea.

Camera venduta come Superior con letto king ma con ingresso nel parcheggio tipo motel di strada. Stanza con peli nella vasca e assenza di porta che separa il bagno. Personale davvero scortese, attese lunghe ad una semplice richiesta di telecomando non funzionante e ciliegina sulla torta conto errato al check out che ad uno sguardo poco attento avrebbe significato pagare 600 euro in più . Diffidate assolutamente e soprattutto lontanissimo dall essere un Cinque Stelle

What a delightful property. The staff is wonderful, and goes out of their way to provide great service. We have a junior suite, which is quite lovely, with a beautiful ocean view. It was lovely to wake up looking out the lanai door looking at the beautiful landscaping and small waves.

O hotel é bonito. Mas nosso quarto não tinha a vista esperada. Tb tivemos um problema na ducha higiênica do banheiro. Estava vazando, e quando chegamos o toilet estava inundado.
