"Property looked new and clean. Room and bathroom looked clean but the bathroom had an odd smell. Bathroom could use additional hooks for hanging clothes. The thermostat in the room didn’t function so either the room would get too cold or hot.
Breakfast buffet had good choices but the staff wasn’t on top of refilling low items or around to request refills."

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. The property felt unsettling, with people screaming throughout the night and strange noises that made it difficult to feel comfortable or get any rest.
The management was extremely unprofessional, and the front desk staff were consistently rude and unhelpful. They kept the reception door closed for most of the day, making it difficult to get assistance when needed.
