"Wonderful location and especially the apartment. Pedro was very receptive to us. Loved the personal effects in his one time family home. Made us feel At Home ourselves! Locations centrally situated to most everything in Madrid. Steps from Plaza Mayor which many locals also visit so its not just tourists. I actually enjoyed the 8 or so flights of stairs to get to the 4th floor -- got my work in. Its worth it!"

"Place is perfectly located within walking distance of everything. We only took the metro once to get to the main train station. Price is a bargain. Also, was super clean when we arrived. One big negative is the checkin. No one was there to let us in the building and we were told to buzz a particular unit. When we did, they responded and didn't let us in. If it wasn't for a young couple coming out, not sure how long we would have waited in the rain to get in."

"Great location in Madrid, a few steps from a subway station. Beautifully decorated apartment, with lovely artwork pieces including images of swirling Dervishes, tapestries, vases… A selection of great books from James Baldwin to Amin Maalouf, art books on Madrid architecture, Goya’s paintings… very comfortable bedroom, and so on. If you add the nicest host ever, what else can you ask for? A pure delight! Thanks for everything! 🙂"

"Great location! Place was clean and comfortable. We were here in heat of summer and ac was excellent! Walkable to many of Madrid’s sites we wanted to see. Had a great meal at La Terraza just around the corner for a great price! I would recommend this place for anyone wanting to see the heart of Madris"
