We could not check in until after 9:30 pm due to their internet being down. A female came from another hotel to assist. She was extremely agitated and very rude to the girl who was trying to check us in. She was verbally rude to us. In this competitive city, the hotel owner should do something about her before she runs other potential customers off. We won’t be the only ones who won’t stay here again due to her unprofessionalism. We thanked the poor desk clerk who had to tolerate that behavior. The room itself was good, but we won’t patronize places that tolerate people in charge treating staff and customers poorly. Our money is better spent elsewhere. Do better.
