"Instructions sent for location were overly complicated then upon arrival. host came out to the driveway and literally yelled at me about not following them to her specifications- again giving way too much detail without pausing. Later I contacted her through the app with a question and never got a response. Many type written signs in room & bathhouse- more snippy than necessary but guests clearly got the messages . The location however was beautiful; sunset & sunrise both picture perfect. ...

"Great location. Spacious. Bathtub drain took 3 hours to drain; needs to be fixed. Kitchen has nice dishes, but minimal pots & pans; needs at least 2 covered saucepans and a large frying pan. Otherwise, very nice; would recommend it to others."

"It was a wonderful stay. The condo was beautiful, clean, large. Great location. Minutes from downtown Petoskey and a quick drive to Nubs Nob. Would be a perfect location if anyone needed a place to stay during the baseball tournaments in the summer. "

"Karen the host was amazing, helped us with all we had asked for. The kids enjoyed fishing the river and the kayaks trip, just across the road off the camping site, was amazing - beautiful nature and pretty relaxing experience. Highly recommended!"

"Beautiful house with all amenities needed! Well stocked kitchen for preparing meals. Bring a couple of baggies/Saran Wrap, if you’d like. So much space, ping pong table and the fire pit for s’mores were a hit! We had spotty WiFi for a bit, but the owners helped remedy the situation. Very comfortable bedding, too. Thanks for a great stay! "
