"Great property in the best location, easily walkable to the Opera House, Harbour Bridge, and all that The Rocks has to offer. The property is very cute, clean, and had everything our family needed during our stay. The host, Sam, was very responsive and accommodating, meeting us there prior to check in so we could store our luggage. She also had many great local restaurant recommendations for us. Would definitely stay here again."

"This cottage is the perfect weekend getaway to stay at in the season of autumn. We had everything we needed and more, Olwen and her family were lovely and responded quickly to communication. We even had left behind items arranged to be picked up in Sydney thanks to her kindness. A must stay cottage if you are travelling to the mountains this year!"

"Cute and cosy little cottage with old worldly charm. It felt like we had stepped back in time. I loved the artworks on the walls. Was a bit dusty but the Bathroom is new and immaculately clean. The beds were so comfortable and the heaters and fireplace were amazing! My only issue was it was listed as 4 bedrooms but is only 3 with the 3rd bed being a pull out sofa lounge in the lounge room. I would stay there again and I’d recommend to others but I’d make them aware that it’s only a 3 bedder."

"Sharlene...what can I say! THANKYOU SO MUCH for sharing your lovely Cottage with us. Everything was excellent, we had everything we needed...loved all of your little nic nacs! Beautiful comfy and warm bed😴 The Patio is just delightful and we were honoured that Cocoa made a visit🐈‍⬛🐾 We were able to BBQ, EVEN with the rain and cold! "Blackheath is one of our favourite parts of the Mountains and we enjoyed our few days in the cottage. It is close to great walks and shops. We loved the leafy secure front and back yards for our dog and kids to enjoy. Hosts easy to communicate with and we appreciated the later check-out. Wifi worked well too! "We loved this property so much. Sweeping views of the hills, cosy fireplace with plenty of fire wood, plenty of space, lovely cottage garden and lawn, great location, friendly and kind hosts who were very responsive, and a very friendly sheep called Flossy! You can tell that a lot of effort has gone into creating a perfect stay and it has paid off. We’ll be back."
