"We had a lovely stay at the WM! An amazing family staycation!
My husband and I had a beautiful and comfortable room with a balcony and a sea view, which was lovely! We loved the balcony and the refilled water filter (very sustainable!).
Our kids had the room with no balcony. Their bed was very hard but the hotel added a top duvet/thin mattress on top to make it more comfortable.
Hotel location was great too, walking distance to Sai Kung village, the beach, kayak rental and outline island...
"The hotel room is clean and tidy, services are good, and there is 7-eleven downstairs can buy groceries anytime.
If you need to take mtr, you will need to walk 15-20mins or wait for the shuttle bus."
"We really enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Sha Tin. Polite staff took good care of us. Stayed at 13th floor and loved the view of the water and mountains. Quiet room.

"Vi havde booket Executive Club Room. Ligesom de tidligere gange vi har boet på Regal Oriental Hotel, var oplevelsen udmærket. Værelset var, efter Hong Kong standard, et pænt stort værelse med alle forventelige faciliteter. Derudover var der Executive Club Lounge med et udmærket morgen-madstilbud samt fri afternoon cocktails. Da vi, ifm. et uheld, havde brug for at låne en kørestol, var servicen fra hotellet igen i top. Efter nu 3 ophold på Regal Oriental Hotel, kan vi kun anbefale dette centralt...
"Huge disappointment- can really not recommend staying there at the moment. Currently NOT a five star hotel. They shouldn’t have opened up before they were finished. Pool not open, restaurant open only for breakfast. Very inattentive staff NOT what you expect if a 5 star hotel. . No key card needed to enter the different floors. Night manager sleeping upon check out spent 10 minutes waking him up…."

"Stayed for 5 nights. Frontdesk service poor, she spend an hour checking us in. We had booked 2 rooms, and she did not know what she was doing. We had asked for rooms next to each other, and where told, that they could do that, but when we got our rooms, the where not next to each other. We where there during the typhoon on july 20 th of this year. There was no comunication to us, of what to do, or where we might go to get water or something to eat. Everything else was closed due to safety reasons, we get that, but as hotel with a lot of guests, you might let them know you are there to help, or/and answer their questions. There was no service provided of any kind during the typhoon. We where left to ourselves."
