nedadgående standard
Det var et dejligt ophold dog var det tredje gang vi var der og standard er nedadgående. Grunden der til er at det er udenfor sæsonen men det er bare ikke godt nok da det er et luksus hotel og det sælger de sig selv på. De skal oprette holde samme standard for værelser mm. Det var mere de små detaljer som ikke var i orden. Første gang vi kom skulle vi ikke ringe efter gratis badekåbe og morgensko, eller frisk frugt samt kaffe, shampoo og creme. Det har vi skulle de sidste to gange i et hvis omfang.

The hotel staff were very helpful and although very isolated the hotel was a good base for trips to the Dead Sea. The springs were dirty and rubbish left lying around, but that says more about the other visitors than the hotel.

Room was lovely and generally hotel was good, but springs & pools pretty disappointing. Lovely meal, after we insisted we didn't want the buffet.

The resort is not exactly as advertised. The bathroom tiles (floor and wall tiles) are old and moldy. We booked a suite with balcony, and everything is falling apart (the chairs, door, desk, phone, tables, and lamps). The waterfall pool is nice, but you can't see the bottoms of the pool and the external tile is moldy. The hotel needs a facelift. We booked a room with two beds, but they gave us one bed. We asked one of the managers for a room with 2 beds, but they suggested one of us sleep on the bed and the other on the sofa until a room with two beds is available. We never got a room with two beds. Some of the staff lack professionalism and they use the hotel to advertise their own businesses. The head of guest relations services was very rude (I think his name is Fares). From the moment we arrived, he spent 19 minutes to talk to us about his personal beauty products business and Spa. He offered to take us to his place of business so we can buy stuff from his store. We asked him if the hotel offers spa services, and he told us it's too expensive. He also provided us a list of his services that included: - Round trip to the Dead Sea for 100JD. - Drop off to Rainbow Street from the hotel and back for about for 85JD - He offered to Take us to the Airport for 85JD (one way). We asked him if the hotel offer shuttles/car services and he said the hotel has two cars, but it's not free. We asked for the price list of the hotel's car services but he declined. Il contesto naturalistico in cui si colloca la struttura è paradisiaco con cascate di acqua calda che circondano l’hotel in un habitat desertico. Questo è davvero meraviglioso. La struttura, però, è vecchia, non manutenuta è veramente sporca. La piscina di acqua termale è in uno stato di abbandono con melma nel fondo. Anche la piscina della Spa, a cui si accede solo pagando un extra costo anche se si è clienti dell’hotel, è veramente sporca. Peccato perché avrebbe tutte le potenzialità per essere un posto divino, ma mancano pulizia e manutenzione. Anche il livello del cibo proposto è scarso.

Very bad stay
This hotel is nowhere near 5 stars. It seems like no maintenance has been done since it opened. The staff was obviously not trained at all and they were rude. When I received my room and after settling in, I wanted to check out the hotel. To my surprise the door doesn’t lock. Red flag. After I told them about it, a guy came and after he tried, he basically told me, its fine don’t worry!?!? Of course I insisted on a room change, the new room was a downgrade and it had no safe box! The bathroom smelled so bad, the sewage system is very bad. The AC barely worked. The “natural pool” was very bad, it was over flowing. The only normal pool was so dirty and the chairs were almost all broken. The only good thing was is the food, its not the best but good. This hotel has a very big potential to be a great hotspot. Its in a unique location. The management needs to be changed. It was a very bad stay, I checked out early morning after breakfast and went straight away to the other hotel in the deadsea contemplating why I didn’t book there before.

It seems this hotel was once very nice but the level of neglect and poor cleanliness standards are evident throughout. In particular, the room I was assigned was disgusting. The shower was covered from floor to ceiling in mold, the toilet still had remnants from the previous guests, the sheets had crumbs on them as if they hadnt been changed, the phone was filthy, and the hotels brochures were badly wrinkled and dirty. The hotel’s common areas such as the pools were badly neglected and the overall feeling was like being in an abandoned building. As if this wasnt bad enough, the front desk staff were exceptionally rude on multiple occasions. Though the area surrounding the property is truly beautiful, I would recommend staying elsewhere.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel pensant que toutes les piscines étaient accessibles. Nous avons été déçus car la piscine "froide" est ouverte au public et donc très fréquentée. Des transats vetustes autour des piscines. La partie spa avec piscine est payante en (et cher) alors que la nuit dans cet hôtel est déjà assez élevée. Les photos des piscines sont plus belles qu'en réalité. Très bon petit déjeuner et buffet le soir (mais attention cher! 25 JOD par personne). Le cadre est tout de même très beau avec les cascades même si la route pour y aller est très sinueuse. Une nuit nous aurait suffi. Suite à notre séjour nous estimons que le rapport qualité - prix est excessif.

The hotel is worn out and needs renovation. Staff are very kind and always smiling. The food is very good. But the stay wasn’t good and I wouldn’t visit again. Thanks for Shadi the Rooms Manager for the great support and professionalism.

Personnel peu aimable qui râle quand vous demandez quelque chose ( carte des desserts, qu’on nous descende au spa..) il y en a quand même certains qui étaient aimable, mais dans l’ensemble très déçu.. Hôtel à mon sens trop surcoté, tres loin de la qualité de service du Movempick par exemple pour un prix quasi équivalent. Restaurant de mauvaise qualité, un dessert à 10€ encore congelé et qui ressemble en rien à un tiramisu en goût Lés installations semblent peu entretenues comme les tours de la piscine, murettes, parking, algues au fond de piscine.. On est pas sur l’effet que l’on peut voir en photo, on a l’impression que ça surfe sur sa notoriété et que l’hôtel se laisse aller. Perso je conseille pas à ce prix là je préfère rajouter 20-30€ et avoir un hôtel avec un vrai service client, des prestations de qualité. Point positif la chambre est confortable et spacieuse

Num local lindo, o hotel tem uma decoração bonita e quartos grandes. A limpeza deixa s desejar bem como o estado geral. Staff antipático. Piscina de água quente a escaldar, de água normal fecha cedo. Difíceis acessos ao hotel.

Posto incantevole immerso in un canyon. L’hotel è davvero bello e anche le stanze. Purtroppo due appunti li devo fare: appena arrivate la stanza non sembrava fatta, almeno non completata. Mancavano tutti gli asciugamani e le lenzuola erano ancora bagnate. Credo avessero problemi in lavanderia perché accappatoio e asciugamano siamo riusciti ad averli solo la sera. Altro appunto usando la vasca abbiamo avuto un problema con l’acqua che è risalita da uno scarico messo sul pavimento. Davvero un disastro. Devo dire che in questo caso sono stati celeri nel venire a riparare i danni provocati dall’acqua. Per il resto cena abbastanza buona anche se il prezzo lievita con il 7% di tasse e il 5% di servizio (mi sembra eccessivo) Colazione ottima con vista cascata incantevole

The place is super nice and in a beautiful location. However, it is quite dated and not well maintained. Also, I find quite disappointing that they use pictures from the swimming of the spa, which is not free to use. This is misleading and at least should be clarified on arrival.

What a great experience! Beautiful hotel and great location. The hot spring was not too hot, so we really enjoyed the pools, the falls and natural steam room. The room was amazing. Large, with a great view and really good beds. Also the bathroom and shower was spacious and clean.

Beautiful place, but a re-fresh needed in areas!
The location and scenery is amazing. The separate spa and waterfall complex is lovely, the pool temperature is perfect and worth the money when you add a treatment. The buffet breakfast, dinner and a la carte were all great. The hotel pool could do with more and newer sun loungers and area around the pool kept cleaner. There could be more staff, sometimes by the pool it was difficult to get hold of someone. The bedrooms and ensuites could do with a bit of TLC - cracks, chips etc in a few places. As it has the monopoly as the only hotel in the the area, given the price you pay, you expect the rooms to be of a higher finish. It has the potential to be really nice, just needs freshening up in places!

La prestation de service dans l'ensemble est decevante par rapport au prix. Seulement 1 des 3 piscines en photo operationnelle, il semblerait que les 2 plus tape a l'oeil en image se soient ecroulees et n'existent plus. Le cadre reste sympa et la nourriture est correcte. That’s been disgusting and they charged me twice and there was a cold we are they are lying a lot what I ordered the best room you guys offered. I paid the money and they charge me second time and they offered as as an apology then and then they charge me for it and one more thing as there is no stop. Staff service was embarrassingly bad, food was of rather sad quality especially the buffet dinner and breakfast which felt like a cattle call, place was noisy and overrun with kids, no place to sit at pool, lumpy chaise lounge chairs, pillows as hard as a rock in the rooms, bed covers that were too small, limited coffee and tea amenities, overpriced claustrophobic spa, and they charge 10 JDs for a beer. Everything is overpriced. Rather sad, when it could be a beautiful restful retreat.

Le personnel est bien, l’entretien de l’hôtel est n’est pas la, le 7em étage est abandonné il y a les fenêtres ouvertes dans les chambres ce qui fait le vent s’engouffre dans le couloir, a la réservation il y avait pas mentionné que samedi la piscine est fermée pour nettoyage ce qui vaut qu’on a pas l’accès notre 2em jour, la bouffe pas de choix pour un 5etoiles, je recommande pas l’hôtel

Would recommend the hotel!
We loved our stay and the staff payed attention! Still there are a few things we would like to mention: room cleaning didn’t happen every day, the hotel needs a bit of a general renewal. Food was excellent!
