"Very large room and bathroom size. Historic building but modern bath and very comfortable bed. Staff was very friendly. Great breakfast and happy hour. Water across street and in historic St. Augustine. Only downside is parking -- either parallel parking across from inn on busy street with meter that starts at 8 am and goes to 9 pm OR free parking that is 4 blocks away. In heat & humidity the 4 blocks seems like a lot especially when dressed for dinner. Stairs to 2nd floor are steep. Overall,...

Our only complaint is the poor and very unstable internet connection in the room. We hope that will be improved and upgraded, as we have met fantastic highspeed internet in most of the other hotels on this trip."

"Absolutely loved the Edgewater Inn! With a superb location in walking distance from all the sights in St Augustine and a beautiful view of the river. Staff was nice and accomodating and the terrace perfect for morning coffee and a afternoon break. The place could do with an update, however very charming and would definately come back! "
