"Great location for a visit in St Augustine on the waterfront of the bay just outside the historic quarter and right after The Lion Bridge. Complimentary afternoon snack in the lobby on our arrival and delicious homemade cookies. The receptionist Ellen is very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint is the poor and very unstable internet connection in the room. We hope that will be improved and upgraded, as we have met fantastic highspeed internet in most of the other hotels on this trip."

"We had a great time at this small boutique hotel. The room was cozy and full of charming details. We loved the atmosphere of the historic district right outside our balcony. The location couldn’t be more perfect. The breakfast was great and the server was very attentive. It has their own parking that was very convenient. It is pretty close to St George street. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable, boutique-style stay in the heart of St. Augustine. "

"We were 4 people and loved our stay. That said, be aware that this cute cottage has 3 floors and your core areas will be on the second and third floor. You have the option to choose between a breakfast basket and breakfast in the main house. The breakfast is rather small and not a buffet but it was perfect for us and very delicious with a nice homey or from grandma feeling. The staff is very friendly.
