"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was pretty, clean and situated in calm surroundings and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. They served a delicious complimentary breakfast of our own choosing. The only small downside was that it was a bit far to walk to the city center since the bamboo bridge was closed due to construction. "My family and I sleep on the bottom floor. We can’t sleep all night! People walking so pound up top our room. Recommended to rent upstairs. "

"Booked a room with balcony and riverview and it was amazing. The room was outdated and needed to be cleaned down and perhaps some painting - but the balcony was truly beautiful. For the price it seems fair. The breakfast was huge and nice with some plates to choose from - especially the pancake was delicious. Besides the plate you choose you will get fruit and a smoothie. Coffee and tea is always available."

"チェックイン時、ロビーにいた受付の人がずっと電話していた。 それで部屋には案内されたが、そのために朝食についての確認が漏れた。 この施設は「朝食あり」とされているが、実は追加料金を支払わないと食べられないらしい。 そのことを知らずに翌朝、朝食を食べられると思ったら、私の分はなく、それで予約したツアーに参加するまでの間に、急いで近くのスーパーからインスタントラーメンを探して食べなくてはいけなくなった。 なお、連泊しても客室の清掃は行われない。 この部屋には、バスタオルやドライヤーもない。 宿泊したのは冬場だったが、シャワーからはほとんどお湯は出ず、冷水浴だと思うしかなかった。 掛布団は薄いので、対策しないと夜中に寒さで目覚めることになる。 これで星１つにしなかったのは、盗難などの問題が生じなかったからに過ぎない。 Expediaの評価では8.0点だったりするが、これは妙な高評価だと思う。"

"Very disappointed - just a mattress on the floor of a dirty room, does not match the photos. We booked a private double/twin room but it didn't look like the photos. The staff were friendly and helpful but the rooms were dirty and there wasn't a bed but just a mattress on the floor... (See our photo on Google maps).
