Hoteller med pool i Lower Manhattan

"Nice hotel and great location, but our suite smelled like cannabis, which isn't nice especially when you travel as a family. We complained and they sprayed, which didn't work. Then they told us they would move us to a new room, however when we came back later they were suddenly fully booked. Not the service you expect from a 4.5 star hotel!"

"Outstanding hotel in a great location downtown. Close to metro and ground zero. The rooms are spacious with large comfortable bed, sofa and desk - all nicely decorated. There was also a big bathroom with everything you can expect. Amazing gym with and pool as well. A perfect hotel for a NY weekend! "
